PROTECTA®WB Silicone sealant has been designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through joints in fire rated walls and floors including openings formed around small steel pipes.

PROTECTA®WB Silicone is available in 310 cartridges and is a water based and environmentally friendly sealant installed on the basis of joint width and movement rate.

PROTECTA®WB Silicone may be painted and has fungicide additives which makes the product suitable for wet rooms such as bathrooms and similar.

PROTECTA®WB Silicone is very durable and may be employed for movements up to +/- 25% as well as in humid areas.

PROTECTA®WB Silicone can be used with a suitable filling material such as rockwool or ceramic fiber etc in order to secure correct width to depth ratio and to reduce the shirinking of the sealant during curing.
