PROTECTA®FR Graphite is designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through openings formed around buildin service penetrations in fire rated walls and floors.

PROTECTA®FR Graphite expands (intumesces) when the temperature exceeds 135° C and seals the aperture around the services when the combustible service insulation or service itself burns away.

PROTECTA®FR Graphite is designed specifically to provide a fire seal around building services with very restrcted access and where standard fire resistant sealants are not suitable, such as very big cables, cable bundles and plastic pipes.
